Cisco clean access agent?

My Cisco Clean Access Agent will only give me limited access. It says I need to download pr_XP_Hotfixes and to get it I need run windows update. I have done this and it didn't work. On cisco it has a "download" and "Continue" on but I can't click on them. Everything on my computer is updated except this. I can't find where to download it anywhere. Let me know if you need more info. In the past my problems have been because my SOPHOs wasn't updated but it is this time. Also, Sophos and cisco are required to be on my computer by my college.
