How bad is eyesite od sphere -3.50 cly -1.75 axis 024 OS Sphere -4.00 CYL -2.50 axis 160?

i got new gles last week and still trying to adjust they said there was a .25 change in one eye and a .75 change in the other eye also went from gl to plastic .... was just wondering how bad eyesite is
