Do i have a reason to be upset about her saying that to another guy?

Wow, you're in an awkward situation. She's denied having any feelings on him, but start keeping tabs on her. Be mindful of how she behaves, & if she's still sneakily texting this other guy. Don't go stalking her or reading her texts, but just be careful that she's not cheating.
