Is it still hard to import skylines?

How hard is it to import skylines? Ive heard its near impossible but has anything changed. Would it be easier trying to import from Aussie? Also what about toyota supras? Is there a site where i can go to where they sell skylines in the states. LOl i know this is alot of questions but im curious. What if i was in the army would it be easier to import then?
