Any one miss pontiac out there?

there is an article on msn about missing pontiac. I am a huge pontiac fan have owned 4 (sunbird,aztek,grand am, grand prix) no problems with them and was even looking into a G8 or solstice soon. I just was going to ask if anyone out there was like me and actually missed one of GM's better brands? I personally after I get one last pontiac will be done with GM I would rather buy a toyota matrix that's made in kentucky right next to where the Vibe used to be made than some crappy, overpriced, chevy.
