Moved to a new state And am a freshmen in highschool. Im good Lookin I think but don't get any girls here?

How do I became a stud wih women in highschool ? Haha...I'm not in with the popular crowd but I want to be. I'm 5'8 and kind of skinny but have been told to be good-looking but I simply can't get girls. I know this is a common question but how do I get into the popular crowd and get hot girls? I've been told to hVe good social skills and was popular at my last school but this just feels like a totally different situaton
