She may just want you to be healthy by imagining you don't need outside help. You are asking for it because you can't do it alone. You need to tell her everything. How old are you? Are you still in school? Can you talk to a school counselor? Do you have a job? If you do, jobs have where you can talk to someone. Talk to a pastor and ask them for some help. I pray your mother helps you and sees you asking for help and not going through a 3 year phase.
