How can I improve the SEO for my website?

I would go with Supero Media (http://www.superomedia.com). They helped me a lot. They identified where I was heading and told where I could improve. Also, they didn't charge me for the consultation... others wanted $300 for the same thing. I don't know.. probably the best thing is to check it out yourself...
