How do you cook tail smokies smoked sausage as an appetizer?

I had these at my cousin's baby shower a week ago. Being pregnant also I started craving them even more after I ate them that day. I haven't ever made them as an appetizer but they had these with olives and cheese blocks. But how do you cook the sausages? In the oven...?
