Is there any kind of istance for prisoners wife and child for airfare?

wife and children live with wifes father in calif. husband is serveing time in w. virgina.wife and 2 children need to go for a visit and dad can only do so much. looking for any kind of travel air fare itance that might be avaible. look forward to any suggestions. thanks.
