What do you think two illegals from Mexico accused of having forged doents?

Its very easy for illegal aliens to get and to use forged,stolen,rented and counterfeit doents.This is an on going problem and a threat to national security.The Mexican government hands out the matricula consular cards like candy at a birthday party..They are a sham ID card.
